papieren rompslomp?\u201d, \u201cHoe ik leg ik mijn werknemers uit wat die verzekering inhoudt?\u201d, \u201cHoe ga ik bijhouden wie welke verzekering heeft en wanneer deze vervalt?\u201d. Ik ben meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n keer door werkgevers gecontacteerd met de vraag of het retroactief alsnog mogelijk was om een verzekering in orde te maken.<\/p><p>L'essor de l'internet m'a donn\u00e9 l'occasion d'offrir une r\u00e9ponse en ligne \u00e0 ces questions et \u00e0 d'autres types de questions. C'est pourquoi j'ai fond\u00e9 People Solutions BV en 1999. \u00c0 ce jour, mon objectif est qu'aucun employeur qui est un de nos clients ne perde jamais le sommeil \u00e0 cause de questions sur les processus RH de son entreprise.<\/p><p>Pour atteindre cet objectif, j'ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en 2009 avec Centhro un puissant syst\u00e8me d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH) en ligne, qui r\u00e9unit et automatise les aspects administratifs et politiques de la gestion du personnel dans un seul produit. De oorlog om talent is niet nieuw, maar vandaag de dag meer dan ooit voelbaar. Dat ervaar ik zelf als bedrijfsleider van een kleine KMO aan den lijven. Daarnaast gaf de coronacrisis een extra boost aan digitaliseringsprocessen. Daarom heb ik specifiek voor kleine en middelgrote KMO\u2019s een aanbod op maat uitgewerkt: Platfohrm.
